Delivery Information

Longevity LPV recognizes the importance of timely delivery, so we strive to process your orders quickly while offering the most affordable shipping rates.

 

 

1. Delivery in the UAE

 

  • Orders within the UAE are deliver between 1 to 3 days after your purchase has been completed. 

 

  • Delivery charges (applicable to a single order delivered to one address) will be displayed at checkout based on the selected service and delivery destination.

 

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Address changes are not allowed after the order is placed.

 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment upon delivery.

 

  • Our delivery partner will contact you on the delivery day to confirm someone is available to receive the package.

 

  • If delivery is unsuccessful for any reason, our partner will reach out by phone on the next business day to arrange a new delivery date. A signature will be required upon delivery.

 

  • If incorrect contact details are provided, redelivery charges will be applied based on the package's weight and destination.

 

 

2. International Delivery

 

International shipping cost will be vary depending on the location. 

 

  • International orders are generally delivered up to 7 days after your purchase has been completed

 

  • Delivery charges (applicable to a single order delivered to one address) will be displayed at checkout based on the selected service and delivery destination.

 

  • When ordering from Longevity LPV you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. 

 

  • For international shipments and deliveries, packages may incur customs charges, tariffs, duties, taxes, and shipping fees, 

 

  • Deliveries must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

  • If incorrect contact details are provided, redelivery charges will be applied based on the package's weight and destination.
