Thanks for shopping at Longevity LPV. Fortunately, we do not need to deal with returns often due to the superior quality and satisfaction of our products. However, if you would like to return a product, we're here to help.
1. Eligible For a Return?
Our return policy lasts for a period of 3 days from the date of receiving your order. If 3 days have passed since you received your purchase, regrettably, we are unable to provide a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process (Steps to Follow)
To initiate a return please follow these steps:

To initiate the refund process, kindly get in touch with us at info@youngyou.ae providing your order number and the reason for the return. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Wait for a response. We will provide instructions on where to send the returned product.

Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging

Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred while returning the products to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if you are approved, we will proceed to issue a refund. Any operational fees incurred during the return will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be reimbursed to you.
